⁠• 4 sets of 1 complex of 3 Hang Power Cleans+1 Thruster at 65% of 1RM⁠

30-20-10 reps for time:⁠
• Butterfly Sit-ups⁠
• Hang Power Snatch *⁠

Increase weight on the barbell each set: 35/20 Kg – 40/25Kg – 50/35 Kg
